The entire first floor had a significant moisture issue upon arrival!!! Housekeeping needs to improve on vacuuming under beds and ensuring floor cleanliness!!! The outdoor appearance requires some serious aesthetic updates!!!

The newly remodeled room was incredible, featuring crisp white linens and hardwood floors, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable.

More attention to cleanliness details is needed.

Entire floor had a moisture issue upon arrival, and lack of an ice machine made it inconvenient for cooling drinks. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired with debris under the bed and poor mopping, which hints they need to step up their game.

The location is perfect for hitting up Knotts Berry Farm and the beach. Our early check-in went smoothly, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms felt really spacious, and air conditioning kept us cool. Plus, the small fridge and microwave were super handy!

One downside was the lack of an ice machine. It would have made it a lot easier to cool our drinks during the warm weather.

The Deluxe Double Room was clean, but the floor had a dirty mop issue.

Just stayed in a Deluxe Room for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, really spacious room, and the shower pressure was awesome—got hot in a flash! The AC worked great too. Had a mini fridge, but I wish there was a microwave. There’s some renovation stuff happening, but the place is clean and cozy right now. Can't wait to see the finished look!

Recently spent 3 nights in a spacious Deluxe Room where the shower pressure was impressive, heating up quickly. Enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the effective air conditioning. Noticed ongoing renovations, promising improvements like microwaves and better landscaping. However, the lack of an ice machine was inconvenient, and the exterior could use more attention. Looking forward to the progress and future updates!

I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff and the clean, newly remodeled room which had a comfortable bed. The nice big screen TV made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring nearby attractions.

The room was spacious with great air conditioning and had a small fridge and microwave. The shower pressure was awesome, and it got hot quickly. The towels and linens were clean and sanitized. I really liked how cozy the bed was. Excited to see the renovations happen!
